Common Inquiries

Can you issue an invoice to my school?

Yes, we can issue invoices to your school. Please send an email to with the items and quantity that you are after. Items and quantity must match what's available on the website. Once your order is sent through and an invoice is issued, the items will be held for you for 2 weeks and if payment is not made by then, it will be put back onto the online store. If a product is sold out before your order is processed, adjustments will be made accordingly to match the available stock.

What are the shipping costs like?

Shipping within Australia

Standard Shipping will range between A$12.95-$15.95 with an additional handling fee of $2.95.

Shipping to New Zealand

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We dispatch all of our orders via Australia Post's parcel post service within 1 -2 business days after payment confirmation. Every package dispatched has been carefully checked and packed and is barcoded. Parcels can be tracked from anywhere in Australia and a Proof of Delivery will be provided to make sure the parcel has been safely delivered! Your order should arrive within 3-7 days depending on the state you live in. *Services have been delayed due to Covid19, please give up to 10 days for the arrival of your items.

What is your return policy?

We can only exchange or refund an item if it's faulty. If an item is faulty, customers must notify us within one week of receiving the items. No returns for change of minds. No returns for used items.

Can I change the shipping address after payment?

We work fast to ship your items as soon as the order comes through. If the items have already been shipped, we will work with you to try and get the parcel redirected. However, if that is unsuccessful, we will need to wait for the parcel to be returned and the customer will have to pay the shipping fees again in order for us to send the parcel again. If the parcel does not come back to us, unfortunately there is little we can do.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, if you are based in Western Australia, you may pick up your order at the entrance of Clarkson Library. Parking is available all around the library. If you have selected the 'Pick Up' option during purchase, we will get in touch with you after payment to organise a time that is convenient. Please check your emails regularly.

I am looking for something but I can't find it. Can you order it in for me?

Supplies For Sensei work with different vendors and manufacturers from Japan and China to source for affordable supplies for teachers. If there is something that you are looking for but cannot find, please send an enquiry via 'Contact' and we can try to source and order it in for you. Larger orders are preferred. We cannot guarantee that we will find it everything but we will definitely try our best!
